Shipping and Returns

1. Countries We Ship To:

We ship worldwide directly from Tokyo, Japan. Local duties and taxes will be due upon delivery, determined by each receiving country.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We deliver orders using either international postal services like EMS or courier services such as FedEx and UPS.
  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
  • Starting in 2024, many of our products are now stocked in our U.S. warehouse. For items available in the U.S., shipping is faster and costs only $7! While not all products are currently stocked in the U.S., we are working to make our entire catalog available in our U.S. warehouse in the near future.
  • We are also planning to expand our inventory to warehouses in other countries outside the U.S. in the future.

 

3. Return Policy:

We only accept refund if

  • We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes
  • We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer.
    • Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase via Contact Us,  and include order number, item(s) , and the reason for refund in a message section of the Contact Us page. We usually respond within one business day.
