How is my order shipped?
We store our inventory in two locations: Japan and the United States. This is because we currently have a large customer base in America. In the future, we plan to expand our distribution centers to other countries. For details on shipping methods and delivery charges, please click here.
Why are some products only stocked in Japan, while others are also stocked in the United States?
We strive to deliver our products to our customers as quickly and affordably as possible by stocking them in both Japan and the United States wherever feasible. However, some of our products, especially those with limited stock or high popularity among customers worldwide, are only stocked in Japan.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere except Russia, and Belarus, as USPS and FedEx have suspended service to/from these countries.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location. For residents in the USA and Canada, items are shipped from our American warehouse at a cost of $7. For residents in other countries, items are dispatched from Japan, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I buy the teas without subscribing?
Yes! Our subscription is a great way to discover new teas to love, but you can buy them individually from our website too.
Is VAT charged when ordering from EU countries?
No, local VAT (consumption tax) is charged at delivery in EU countries and are not included in our prices. All freight forwarders charge an extra fee to handle VAT.
